Policies
To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, I kindly ask that you arrive on time. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled and a same-day fee applied. If your appointment is still accommodated, services may be thoughtfully adjusted based on the remaining time.
Late Arrivals
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Cancellations
To maintain a smooth appointment I ask that your little ones stay home, as well as any other guests. If you’re feeling under the weather or starting to notice any symptoms, please reschedule. Once your back to feeling your best, we can get you back on the books.
